There are 3 types of borders 

  1. Single color = common

  2. 2 tones = Rare

  3. Multi color= Legendary

Each skully has the same body and background. However, the skulls, jerseys, and borders are the ones that change. Within the jerseys each player will either have a number or not. No number jerseys are common then youll have a star player from the current team which would be rare. The third jersey would be a legend player.
